A lousy golfer and a passionate reader, she loves to read anything positive, motivating and encouraging. She attributes her success to her Mom, who helped raise her two girls, while Joy was building their future.

Frank is well known by his clients for his incredible patience. He is passionate about helping his clients and offers superior customer service with a caring attitude at all times. He has 30 years of Federal Law Enforcement experience as an investigator which makes him keenly aware of those things that are important to his clients. He joined the Kormann Realty Group in 2000 and experienced immediate success. His laid back approach is a cover for a masterful negotiator. Frank has a BA in Psychology and EMBA in Business. His pride and joy are his daughters and grandchildren.

Judy has been with the Kormann Realty Group since 2004 and has been an asset to the growth of the team. Her former life in the Pharmaceutical field prepared her for real estate in the sense that there was always a project that needed a creative mind. She is fun and loves to laugh. Judy has been the marketing coordinator since 2004 and is also a Buyer Agent. She is caring, attentive and a very much a multi-tasker. Judy and her husband Todd live in Herndon and have two children, Ryan and Ronni.
