On the upper level there is one master bedroom suite with a king bed and private bath, two bedrooms with a total of 5 twin beds, and one bedroom with a queen bed. This location is perfect for wedding guests, boat show week, regattas, and reunions. It is a residential neighborhood with The Chart House, O'Learys, Ruth Chris Steakhouse, Boatyard Bar & Grill, Carroll's Creek Restaurant and all the seafood you can imagine, within 2-3 blocks of this home.
There is a water taxi that stops frequently outside the Chart House. For $2 it takes you to several stops around the creek or just over to downtown Annapolis where there are more wonderful restaurants, lots of shopping and of course the historic US Naval Academy.
